Austin Supershow Terms & Conditions
NO SUBSTITUTIONS. NO TRANSFERS. NO REFUNDS. NO IN/OUT PRIVILEGES.NO COOLERS, NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS!
*Judges will be determining Final Classification.
Approval: All entries subject to approval by Austin Lowriding we reserve the right to refuse any entry deemed inappropriate.
Security: Austin Lowriding, sponsors and facility assume no responsibility or liability of theft or damage to your vehicle or entry, including display or related items. For overnight & show hours security will be provided, this does not insure that theft or damage may not occur. Entrant assumes all responsibility regarding your entry during this event.
Safety: All fire regulations must be followed to the letter or the entrant will be disqualified and banned from future events. No entrant can start engine in any way during show hours, including hydraulics. Entrants will be responsible and liable for any damage occurred from movement & engine start up. Entries are not to be moved until notified to do so by Austin Lowriding Supershow, staff... All vehicle owners must use extreme caution during move in and move out. No excessive use of hydraulics, raving of engines, etc. Any rule violation, even if occurred after award ceremony can lead to disqualification of award and void of cash prizes.
*Palmer Events Center Requirements-
All display vehicles, boats, and equipment containing fuel must meet and comply with the following requirements before entry into the facility and are subject to Safety & Fire Marshal on-site review:
Austin Lowriding, reserve the right to photograph, videotape, film or reproduce in any medium, any entry in Car Show for any future use, any no compensation to entry owner, participant or spectator. Upon entering the event, the entrant surrenders all claims.
I hereby authorize my likeness and image to be used by Austin Lowriding for any future use to further promote Austin Lowriding.
Release of Liability: It is distinctly understood and agreed that in no case shall Austin Lowriding, sponsors or any organization involved with the show, be held responsible for any actual or consequential loss, damage, theft or injury of any character to any person, vehicle or article during, before and/or after the Car Show Hours.
Entrants are responsible for any damage to the floor, walls or equipment made in the space or spaces leased to him, except that which may be expected in normal use.
I will abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the facility, and will accept the Official Judges in determination of the winners. Failure to comply with any of the above regulations will result in disqualification.
Vendors shall be entitled to the use of the space for the period of the designated show hours and shall abide by the move-in and move-out times. Austin Lowriding reserves the right to disapprove/reject the display of any item that it reasonably and in good faith determines is not in keeping with the nature, character, or orderly conduct of the show.
The exhibit will be maintained in a clean and orderly manner and will take any steps that may be necessary to prevent injury to any person or exhibit on the premises.
In the event the premises in which the exhibit is to be held is destroyed or damaged by fire, the elements or other calamity, or other causes beyond the control of Austin Lowriding so that the exhibition cannot be held; Austin Lowriding shall not be responsible or liable for the loss of or damage to any of the property of the Exhibitor. The Exhibitor shall, at its own expense, obtain the necessary insurance coverage with respect to loss by fire, theft, accident, or other causes if that type of protection is desired.

As an entrant in the Austin Lowriding Supershow event and submitting this application, I hereby agree to all stipulations, rules, and COVID-19 regulations of this application set forth and understand my responsibilities.

- There is to be no more than five (5) gallons of fuel or 1⁄4 the capacity of the fuel tank, whichever is less.
- Fuel tanks are to be locked and all portable tanks removed. Locking the vehicle will be sufficient for cars in which the gas cap cover can only be detached from inside the vehicle.
- Ignition keys are to be removed and placed in a central location on-site.
- We recommend vehicles, boats, and similar exhibited products with more than one hundred square feet (100 sq. ft) of roofed area to have a smoke detector.
- Electric vehicles are exempt from disconnecting batteries.
